Key Responsibilities:
• Become familiar with catalog of research products, and utilize a variety of research methodologies to design studies to meet clients' research objectives.

• Support the Custom Research team when needed by testing surveys, building report slides, and proofreading presentations.
• Juggle multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of supplier-side market research experience.
• Experience managing research projects from start to finish independently.
• Knowledgeable about marketing concepts like positioning, brand health, customer satisfaction and marketing research methodologies like monadic testing.
• Comfortable working with large quantitative data sets.
• "Rock star" PowerPoint skills, and fully proficient in using Excel and Word.

Ideally speaks another language. Experience in international research a definite plus. Educational background in psychology, anthropology, sociology is nice although by no means necessary. Recent professional background… will consider pure qual, brand consultancy or advertising planner. Should be from 5 to 10 years experience, potentially even more if we get just the perfect person. Some moderating experience would be definitely help. Ideally some experience in more informal approaches such as ethnography. Must be able to demonstrate strategic and intelligent thinking about brands and how people relate to them. Ideally familiar with whole qualitative process from business winning, proposal writing, overseeing recruitment/screeners, interview design and carry out, analysis, presentation writing and giving etc. So basically the main responsibility would be project work – working in small teams (2-3 people usually) and, experience allowing, heading up these projects and client relationships.
